Due mesi fa la Commissione europea apriva formalmente la procedura d’infrazione contro Berlino per la sentenza del Tribunale costituzionale federale del 5 maggio 2020. Secondo Bruxelles la Germania violava il principio del primato del diritto dell’Ue
