Il Bundesverfassungsgericht ferma i ricorrenti che chiedevano di fermare la partecipazione della Germania ai programmi della Bce. Secondo i giudici il parlamento ha preso una decisione e va rispettata

I ricorrenti erano insoddisfatti da quanto fatto da parlamento e governo dopo la sentenza del maggio scorso.
La Corte costituzionale però conferma un principio importante: nessun automatismo tra la sentenza e la sospensione del diritto comunitario
Parlamento e governo hanno fatto quanto necessario, le loro valutazioni non sono facilmente sindacabili, come credevano i ricorrenti.
