  • Il nome del nuovo consigliere delegato di Unicredit dovrebbe arrivare entro il 10 febbraio. In pole ci sono l’ex presidente di Ubs Andrea Orcel, sostenuto da soci come la Fondazione Cariverona e l’ex amministratore della Cdp Fabio Gallia.
  • Una controlista dei soci, Del Vecchio e la galassia delle Ffondazioni, non c’è, ma gli azionisti chiedono una strategia per tutelare il valore delle azioni che non si è ancora ripreso dall’annuncio dell’addio di Mustier. 
  • Per Padoan che al momento è solo un consigliere e deve essere votato dall’assemblea assieme alla futura lista è la prova del nove.
