All’Italia serve una strategia per non sprecare il Recovery plan

  • Prima ancora della scelta dei singoli progetti, infatti, la questione da affrontare riguarda quale sia la strategia di sviluppo che ci può consentire di cogliere la straordinaria opportunità del Piano.
  • Gli investimenti pubblici in infrastrutture sono senz’altro molto importanti. Ma da qui al 2026 hanno effetti solo sul lato della domanda non sulla produttività totale che è il nostro problema centrale.
  • Se si conviene che l’investimento in conoscenza è fondamentale va fissata come priorità l’investimento su scuola e formazione.
