La Commissione europea è complice degli abusi alla frontiera polacca

La Commissione Ue avalla e sostiene le politiche respingenti e disumane della Polonia alla frontiera d’Europa. La Polonia ha già legalizzato i respingimenti illegali, ora Bruxelles si attiva a sua volta per dare un quadro di legalità a quanto fatto da Varsavia.
Lo fa usando quei dispositivi di emergenza che invece ha lasciato volutamente inutilizzati in estate, quando l’emergenza era dare accoglienza ai rifugiati afghani.
Solerte nel facilitare alla Polonia i respingimenti e complicare il diritto di asilo a chi lo chiede, Bruxelles è invece inerte di fronte alle limitazioni messe in pratica da Varsavia alla frontiera nei confronti di ong, media, deputati e persino degli eletti Ue.
