  • Lo Stato Islamico in Afghanistan, seriamente indebolito dai Talebani, dall’esercito regolare afgano e dai droni Usa, ha interesse a scatenare una guerra civile per radicalizzare musulmani sunniti e reclutare nuovi militanti per riconquistare terreno.
