Ridurre il superbonus al 90 per cento ne fa diminuire un po’ costi e inefficienze, ma ne aumenta lo squilibrio a favore dei benestanti. Così lo Stato finanzia la transizione energetica dei più ricchi.
L’alternativa è un piano di investimenti che affidi la transizione energetica alla regia pubblica, e parta dalle abitazioni che si trovano nelle fasce energetiche più basse, sul modello del piano Ina-Casa degli anni 1950.
